Shipping policy

At NomaSleep Pro (operated by NOMA Group), we want to get your order to you as quickly as possible so you can begin your journey to better sleep.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
We currently deliver to Canada only. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from the date of purchase, including processing. These times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays, high demand periods, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped from our warehouse and delivered via standard international carriers to Canadian addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you can track your package at any time through your confirmation email. Please note that tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update after your order has been shipped.
Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on all orders to Canada. No minimum purchase required.
Delivery Issues
If your package appears to be lost, delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, or shows a "delivered" status but has not arrived, please contact us at help@nomashop.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfers to you in accordance with our Terms of Service. We are not responsible for carrier delays or events beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist you.
International Shipping
We currently only deliver to Canadian addresses. We do not offer shipping to other countries at this time.
